Cancellation policy

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item not yet in inventory.

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout and fulfilled when the item is ready.

You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase by emailing customercare@theroguery.com. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Final Sale pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours only. After 24 hours, no cancellations will be accepted.
